From an engineering standpoint, the human system is a biomechanical spring, engineered according to Newton's laws to interface with the ground. This spring doesn't fight Earth's gravity. This spring doesn't fight Earth's gravity. It draws elastic energy from it.
This is true for both body and mind.

At a deep cognitive level, we perceive the world as a gravitational field where people and ideas possess mass and attraction. We make decisions by weighing the pros and cons.
Earth's gravity gives our psyche a baseline — an anchor point for calibrating our relationship with the world. We are constantly, emotionally and mentally, searching for this gravitational anchor. It is within this search that the self-evident, intuitive language of our social experience is born: to be grounded, to be on shaky ground.
Crucially, the psyche, like the body, is inherently designed for rhythmic compression, release, and recoil. It compresses under the load of challenges, stress, responsibility. It recoils through decisions and actions.
Accumulated elastic tension multiplies the psyche's energy. The stronger the compression — the more powerful the recoil of your decisions and actions.
God didn't bother with creativity. He used one principle—the spring under Earth's gravity, turning compression into recoil.
This operating mode of the human system is labeled:
Swing Mode.
